This season’s auction for the Pro Kabaddi League was scheduled for two days, 31st May and 1st June. It is the twelfth season. The dates of this season have not been disclosed yet, but most likely it can start between October and December. There were a total of 500 players whose names were on the auction table, divided into four categories: A, B, C, and D. The auction surprised everyone this time, with teams spending a lot of money while some big names remained unsold.

Also, if we look at the Pro Kabaddi League 2024, Haryana Steelers won the league. It was their first title in PKL. They defeated the Patna Pirates in the final with a scoreline of 32-23.

• Mohammadreza Shadloui Chiyaneh: He is an Iranian Kabaddi player and was purchased by Gujarat Giants for 2.23 crore.
• Devank Dalal: He was picked by the Bengal Warriorz for 2.205 crore
• Aashu Malik: He was chosen by Dabang Delhi for 1.9 crore
• Ankit Jaglan: He was selected by the Patna Pirates for 1.573 crore

Eventually, where there are players going for high prices, there are players going unsold too. Basically, one of the biggest surprises was that Pardeep Narwal, probably one of the best players in the history of the competition, went unsold. On Monday (2nd June), the legendary player announced his retirement from the Pro Kabaddi League.
