In 2022, the Miami Heat signed him to a 4-year contract worth $11,501,537, all of which was guaranteed. In the 2024-25 NBA season, Nikola Jović has a base salary per his contract with the Miami Heat in the amount of $2,464,200. Miami exercised its option on this contract, and thus it is fully guaranteed for the season.
The Heat also elected to exercise their 2025-26 option, extending Jović for a further $4,445,417 in Miami. Following the 2025-26 season, Jović will become a restricted free agent.
