What is the format of the UEFA Champions League 25/26?
There is no change in the format when we compare it to the previous season. One by one, the teams will be drawn. Each team will play two teams from each pot, one at their home and one away from home. One thing, no team can play against the team from their same country in the league phase. Lastly, one team can only have two teams from the same country. For example, if Real Madrid gets Manchester City from pot one and Arsenal from pot two, they can’t play Spurs or Newcastle United from the other pots.

After the league phase matches are done, the top eight teams directly qualify for the round of 16. The teams finishing from 25th to 36th position are out of the competition. Certainly, the places from 9th position to 24th position play a two-legged knockout phase playoff. Later, the eight winners met the top eight in the round of 16.
