Richard Hadlee had played 86 matches and taken 431 wickets. He is also the highest wicket-taker for New Zealand in test cricket. Hadlee has 36 five-wicket hauls and nine 10-wicket hauls. He has a career best of 9/52 in a single match.

He made his debut against England in 2008, and on his debut, he took five wickets, which was one of the important spells in the match. Tim Southee no longer plays Test match cricket as he played his last game in December 2024 against England. He has played 110 matches and taken 391 wickets. Tim has taken five wickets a total of fifteen times in his career.
