After a successful first season, the Kerala Cricket League is back with the second season. The second of the Kerala Cricket League will start from 21st August and will continue for almost two weeks. Basically, 6th September is the date for the Final of the Kerala Cricket League 2025. Greenfield International Stadium in Thiruvananthapuram is the venue for all matches. In the previous season, which was the first edition of the Kerala Cricket League, Aries Kollam were the champions. They were facing Calicut Globstars in the final. It was surely the day for the batters as we saw more than 400 runs in the Final of the Kerala Cricket League 2024. Aries Kollam was chasing 214, and they did it with five balls left. Sachin Baby scored 105* runs in 54 balls and also hit the winning runs for the Aries Kollam.
Aries Kollam’s Sachin Baby was the top run scorer of the Kerala Cricket League 2024. He scored 528 runs in 12 innings, which include three half-centuries and two big centuries. One of the centuries came in the big final. When we look at the top wicket-taker of the tournament, it was Calicut Globstars’ Akhil Scaria. He picked up a total of 25 wickets in twelve games with an economy rate of just around 7.5. His bowling average eventually was just 13.1.

Kerala Cricket League 2025 Time Table
The Kerala Cricket League 2025 has a total of thirty-three matches, which also includes the two semi-finals and one final. We will see the opening match of the second edition on 21st August. It will be a rematch of the previous season’s final as Aries Kollam Sailors will play Calicut Globstars. All the teams will play two times against each other in the league phase. The top four teams will qualify for the semi-finals. There is no third-place match in the Kerala Cricket League 2025.
