The Andhra Premier League 2025 is back, and this edition of the Andhra Premier League begins on 8th August. 23rd of August is the date of the Final of the Andhra Premier League 2025. After the previous three seasons being hit, we are here in the fourth edition of the Andhra Premier League. Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium will host all the matches of this edition. Andhra Premier League 2025 Points Table determines the team to qualify for the play-offs.

In the three seasons of the Andhra Premier League 2025, we had three different champions. Coastal Riders won the first edition of the Andhra Premier League, whereas Rayalaseema Kings won the second edition. The Vizag Warriors are the most recent champions as they won the Andhra Premier League 2024 by winning against Uttarandhra Lions in the final.
K Ashwin Hebba is the all-time top scorer of the Andhra Premier League. He has scored 719 runs in 16 matches and was the Player of the Tournament in the last edition. MH Reddy is the highest wicket-taker in the Andhra Premier League with 25 wickets.
Andhra Premier League 2025 Points Table
There are a total of seven teams playing in the Andhra Premier League 2025, which is one more than in the previous edition. Vijayawada Sunrisers, Simhadri Vizag Lions, Tungabhadra Warriors, Royals of Rayalaseema, Bhimavaram Bulls, Kakinada Kings, and Amaravati Royals are the seven teams. Kakinada Kings will play Amaravati Royals in the first match of the Andhra Premier League 2025.

Rules of Standing
All the teams will play against each other once in the league phase. There are a total of twenty-five matches. For winning every match, the winning team gets two points, whereas for losing, no points are given. If the match is tied, then we go to a super over and the winner is decided. If the match is abandoned due to rain or any other reason, both playing teams are given a point each.
The top four teams qualify for the play-offs. Basically, the play-off format is the same as that of the Indian Premier League. The top two teams in the points table get two chances to qualify for the finals. In the qualifier 1, the top two teams play. The winners go to the final, whereas the loser goes to the qualifier 2. Basically, the third-place and fourth-place teams play the eliminator. The loser is out of the competition, whereas the winners go to the qualifier 2. Lastly, the winner of qualifier 2 meets the winner of qualifier 1 in the final. `
