The draws are made, and we have the schedule for the Yonex U.S Open Badminton 2025. This is the 60th edition of the competition, which begins on the 24th of June and ends on the 29th of June. The venue for the competition is Mid-America Center in the United States of America.
U.S. Open 2025 (Badminton) offers us five categories in which the players compete. Eventually, the categories are Men’s singles, Women’s singles, Men’s doubles, Women’s doubles, and Mixed doubles. The total prize money of this edition’s U.S. Open is USD 240,000.
When we look at the winners of the last edition, Yushi Tanaka won the Men’s singles, whereas Natsuki Nidairawon the Women’s singles. The winners of the Men’s doubles were Peeratchai Sukphun and Pakkapon Teeraratsakul, and at the same time, Kie Nakanishi and Rin Iwanaga won the Women’s doubles. Lastly, the champions of the Mixed doubles were Phataimas Muenwong and Pakkapon Teeraratsakul.

Yonex U.S Open Badminton 2025 Schedule
The tournament is going on for a total of six days starting from 24th June. Basically, the first match will have all the qualifying as well as the first round matches. While the second day (25th June) will feature the round of 32 games. Let us have a look at the dates for the next round as follows:
- Round of 16: 26th June (Thursday)
- Quarter-Finals: 27th June (Friday)
- Semi-Finals: 28th June (Saturday)
- Finals: 29th June (Sunday)
U.S. Open 2025 (Badminton) Players
Men’s singles
There are a total of 30 players already in the main draws, which include players such as Chou Tien-chen, Kenta Nishimoto, Brian Yang, Ayush Shetty, Su Li-yang, Priyanshu Rajawat, and Justin Hoh. We will also see 20 players fighting in the qualifying rounds.
Women’s singles
Beiwen Zhang, Nguyen Thuy Linh, Sung Shuo-yun, Hsu Wen-chi, Julie Dawall Jakobsen, Line Christophersen, and Polina Buhrova are the women players to look at in the singles event at the U.S. Open 2025. This category has nine players in the qualifying round.
Men’s doubles
There are twelve teams still fighting for their place in the first round, whereas the teams that have booked their place in the competition are Lee Fang-chih / Lee Fang-jen, Chen Zhi Yi / Presley Smith, Hariharan Amsakarunan / Ruban Kumar, Christopher Grimley / Matthew Grimley, Kevin Lee / Ty Alexander Lindeman, Chen Zhi-ray / Lin Yu-chieh, and William Kryger Boe / Christian Faust Kjaer.
