SAFF U-19 Championship 2025 will feature a total of 6 teams. This year, it will be the 7th edition of the SAFF U-19 Championship. The dates for the tournament are from May 9th to May 18th. If you are wondering where to watch the SAFF U-19 Championship 2025, all the matches will be held at the Golden Jubilee Stadium in Yupia, Arunachal Pradesh. Players born after 1 January 2007 are eligible to play in the tournament.
The teams that will feature in the tournament are India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Nepal, and Bhutan. India are the defending champions as they won it in 2023, where the tournament was for U19s. Bangladesh won it in 2024, as they won their first title against India. This was the tournament held for the U-20s.
Especially, out of the six editions of the SAFF U-19 Championship, India has won the championship three times (2019, 2022, and 2023). Second to them are Nepal, winning it twice (2015 and 2017).

Where to Watch the SAFF U-19 Championship 2025?
The official broadcasters’ list has not yet been published, but Jio TV, FanCode, and DD Sports are most likely ones. They are the ones to broadcast the Senior national teams’ matches in India. Just a few days before, the official website will have all the information.
Complete Draws for Groups
Certainly, six teams will participate in the SAFF U-19 Championship 2025. Further, they will be divided into two groups. Each group consists of three teams.
Group A
Bangladesh, Maldives, and Bhutan
Group B
India (Host), Sri Lanka, and Nepal
All the teams will play against each other. The top two teams qualify for the semi-finals. Eventually, the winners of the semis face off in the finals.
