There are a total of eighteen matches in the second edition of the World Championship of Legends. The 18 matches also include the three knockout games. All six teams play each other once in the league phase. The top four qualify for the semi-finals.

Basically, there is a change in the format from this edition, as there was just the final after the league stage matches in the last edition. Now we will also see the two semi-finals. The venue for all the knockout games, that is, the two semi-finals and one big final, is the Edgbaston Cricket Ground in Birmingham. Eventually, both semi-finals are on 31st July. Lastly, the final is on 2nd August.

When we look at the points structure, it is very simple. The winners get two points, whereas there is no point for the loser. If the match is cancelled due to rain and ends in a no result, then one point will be shared by both teams. The net run-rate will be every important as when the points are equal, it helps you be on top.
